Special Advisor for the Lutetia Paris
The luxury hotel Lutetia Paris (Palace Hotel), located in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, called on the expertise of Cap Hospitalité to assist in its opening strategy. Frédéric Picard and his team assisted the company's president in his opening project by putting all their know-how at his service.

Development of a large-scale hotel project for Les 3 Vallées ski resort
In collaboration with an architectural firm and a family office, Cap Hospitalité participated in the development of a hotel project in the world's largest and most internationally renowned ski area: Les 3 Vallées.

Conducting an operational audit for Château de Bagnols
CAP Hospitalité was entrusted by the general manager of Lavorel Hotels, Mr. Comble, with a global operational audit of the Château de Bagnols. The aim of this audit was to identify the levers of economic profitability and to set up a corrective action plan. Cap Hospitalité's experts made 43 proposals to the Lavorel Hotels group.

Hotel operator selection for Porto Skadare lake, Monténégro
Within the framework of a hotel development project in Montenegro (a hotel with 81 villas and suites), our hotel consultancy firm assisted a private investor in its search for a hotel operator. Cap Hospitalité selected 30 management companies to present the hotel project. The project was entrusted to the international group Oberoi Hotels and Resort. The letter of intent between the owner and the Oberoi Hotels and Resort group was entirely negotiated by CAP Hospitalité. The total cost of the project was 200 million euros.

Hotel repositioning for Casa Anamaria in Gerone
Our hotel specialists were asked to implement a commercial repositioning strategy for the Casa Anamaria hotel, located in one of the most beautiful regions of Spain, in Girona. Within the framework of this mission, Cap Hospitalité was responsible for the recruitment and support of the general manager, as well as the implementation of a new commercial policy.

Development of hotel projects for private investors
Our hospitality firm has provided hotel consulting services to private investor groups wishing to develop various types of hotel projects:

CAP Hospitalité supported the development of an upmarket hotel residence in the historic centre of Milan, for a budget of 30 million euros.

Our firm of experts also worked on the conversion of a residential building in the historic centre of Porto into a hotel project. For this purpose, we carried out a market study, defined a business plan and implemented a sales and marketing strategy, for a budget of 10 million euros.

Cap Hospitalité was entrusted with a project to take over a hotel in Gstaad, Switzerland, and carried out a market study for a budget of 50 million euros.

Our hotel experts assisted a private investor in the acquisition of a hotel in Saint-Maurice, Switzerland. Within the framework of this mission, they elaborated the business plan as well as the commercial action plan.

Interior design project for the hotel industry in collaboration with international interior designers
Our hospitality consultancy has teamed up with internationally renowned interior designers Philippe Stark, Jacques Garcia, Charles Zana and Pierre Yovanovich on an interior design assignment for a hotel.

Mystery shopper for hotel establishments
CAP Hospitalité's expert consultants were mystery shoppers in hotels to identify areas for improvement in the customer experience and to define an action plan. To carry out these missions, they put themselves in the shoes of ordinary customers in order to evaluate the quality of the services offered and to draw up a detailed report.
