Created in 2016, Cap Hospitalité has its offices in the heart of Paris. With more than 20 years of experience, this hotel consultancy aims to assist hotel groups, independent owners, private or institutional investors in the realisation and development of various types of hotel projects.
Frédéric Picard, its founder, has held senior positions in prestigious hotels and internationally renowned palaces. He has opened five hotels in France and abroad, and has managed high-end hotels for major international groups: Kerzner International, Oetker Collection, Jumeirah, Intercontinental.
His experiences in France, Dubai and Morocco, but also in Thailand, the USA and Russia, have brought him recognition in the luxury hotel industry and have made him an expert.
Frédéric Picard has been appointed to manage several luxury hotels and palaces in the context of opening projects. These hotels have all received awards and recognition from professionals and specialists around the world.
Challenge, innovation and strategic advice have always been at the heart of his concerns. It is therefore natural that he decided to offer his clients his global expertise in the hotel and restaurant sector, as well as in the luxury sector.

The world of hotels and restaurants is constantly changing. Customer habits are constantly changing over time.
